Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before securely packing them in their original compostable packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
